SlashCoded is designed so detailed work activity remains under your control.

What stays local

Activity data stays on your device. Activity content is never uploaded to SlashCoded cloud systems, StripeHub, the portal, analytics, or support. The desktop keeps activity history in its local profile. Browser integrations may use browser-local storage, IDE integrations may use extension-local storage, and paired integrations communicate only with the desktop Local API on 127.0.0.1.

What we process

We process provider identity references, trial and licence state, named-seat and device registrations, security and licence audit events, and support correspondence to provide access and support. Stripe processes payment and billing information, including tax, invoice, and payment-method information, as the payment provider.

What we do not process

SlashCoded does not upload activity events, window titles, domains, repository names, project names, report content, activation secrets, raw device fingerprints, or transfer packages to its cloud services.

Retention

We target 30 days for routine service logs, 12 months for security and licence audit events, 24 months for resolved support mailbox content, and no more than 30 days for deleted-account data remaining in backups. A minimal trial-history hash remains while the one-trial policy remains. Stripe retains legally required billing and accounting evidence, subject to Swedish accounting review. Local activity remains on your device until you delete it there.

Your choices

You can use the Free desktop experience without an account. You may delete an eligible portal account from account settings. Account deletion does not delete local desktop activity or restore trial eligibility.
