Refund and cancellation policy

This draft policy explains the planned subscription refund and cancellation terms. Statutory rights are not limited by this page.

First paid charge

The first paid subscription charge is fully refundable within 14 days without a reason or usage inspection. A refund returns to the original payment method, cancels the subscription and paid entitlement, and does not delete local activity data.

Renewal and cancellation

You can stop renewal through the Stripe customer portal. Paid access continues through the current paid period after cancellation. Later renewal charges are normally non-refundable except for an error, law, or a support exception.

Open the Stripe customer portal from billing to manage a paid subscription. Use support for a billing problem or refund request.
