These draft terms govern your use of the SlashCoded website, portal, desktop software, and supported integrations.

Service
SlashCoded provides local-first work analytics software, a customer portal for trial and paid access, and supported downloads and integrations.
Free, trial, and paid access
Free desktop use does not require an account. An authenticated portal account is required to start a trial or manage paid access. Paid access is issued as a named seat with up to three active devices.
Billing and support
Stripe processes billing and payment information. Review refunds and cancellation before purchase. Stripe's hosted customer portal can help with billing and cancellation, but it does not recover a SlashCoded account, seat, or activation key.
Exceptional paid-seat transfer
There is no automated billing-email licence recovery. Support can transfer paid access after verifying a Stripe purchase record or grandfathered lifetime record. Trials are never transferred.
Provisional seller details
Seller identity, VAT, statutory contact details, and final commercial terms will be inserted only after professional launch review. Do not rely on this pre-launch draft as final legal advice.
